Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Seeze, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Platform Description

Seeze is a marketplace connecting buyers with local creators and sellers offering

• Custom cakes, hampers, décor, crafts, henna, jewellery, crochet and more
• Direct order requests and negotiation between buyers and sellers
• Secure escrow-based payments via Razorpay
• Order tracking, delivery coordination and OTP-verified handovers
• Seller storefronts, snaps, ratings and reviews

Account Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older to register on Seeze
• One account per person - duplicate or fraudulent accounts will be banned
• Sellers must complete KYC verification before accepting paid orders
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

Prohibited Conduct - Contact Sharing

To keep every transaction safe, traceable and protected by escrow, the following is strictly prohibited on Seeze

• Sharing personal contact details such as phone number, email, WhatsApp, Instagram handle or any other off-platform contact method with a buyer or seller before or during an active order
• Requesting or attempting to move a conversation, negotiation or payment outside the Seeze platform
• Asking for or accepting payment directly instead of through the in-app escrow system
• Circumventing the platform in any way to avoid service fees or buyer/seller protections

Consequences of Violations

Sharing contact details or attempting to bypass the platform is treated as a serious violation and is enforced strictly. Violating this policy, whether by a buyer or a seller, will result in

• Immediate warning and removal of the offending message or content
• Temporary suspension of the account pending review
• Permanent ban from Seeze for repeated or severe violations
• Forfeiture of any pending escrow balance, wallet credit or active listings tied to the account
• Other serious violations that will result in an immediate permanent ban include impersonation, fraud, fake KYC documents, harassment, abusive behavior, posting prohibited or illegal items, and manipulating ratings or reviews

Orders & Payments

All orders placed on Seeze are governed by the following

• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay and held in escrow until delivery is confirmed
• Agreed price, requirements and delivery details must be finalized within the order chat before confirmation
• Sellers must honor the lead time and price communicated to the buyer
• Buyers must provide accurate delivery address, requirements and reference details
• Subscription plans for sellers are billed as per the plan selected and are non-transferable

Delivery & Fulfillment

• Orders are fulfilled either via seller self-delivery or an assigned delivery partner
• Delivery completion is confirmed via a one-time OTP shared with the buyer
• Estimated delivery dates are indicative and may vary due to customization or logistics
• Any delivery disputes must be raised within the order help window

Intellectual Property

Sellers retain full ownership of their product designs, photos and snaps. By listing on Seeze, sellers grant Seeze a non-exclusive right to display this content on the platform for discovery and promotional purposes.

Ratings & Reviews

Ratings and reviews must reflect a genuine order experience. Fake reviews, rating manipulation, or offering incentives in exchange for a rating are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Liability Disclaimer

Seeze acts as a marketplace facilitator between independent buyers and sellers. We are not liable for the quality, safety, legality or delivery timing of products listed by sellers, though we investigate and act on reported violations.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found violating these Terms, including but not limited to contact-sharing violations, fraud, or abusive conduct.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
